The Way Our Scheme
Works Is As Follows:
• A youth or
community group
will be welcomed
along to Weymouth
Speedway at
a meeting of
their choice
• Up to 20 children
will be welcomed
along for free
as well as their
community group
organizers (Up
to 5)
• (The names
of the group
members and
organizers will
be given to
Weymouth Speedway
and they will
be able to enter
via the Guest
List Entrance)
• The group
will then be
allocated a
number of special
coded tickets
which they can
give to their
families and
friends
• The tickets
will be assigned
with a particular
code exclusively
referenced to
the community
group
• The group
will then come
along to the
meeting (the
members and
organizers will
sign in for
free) and their
friends or family
members will
hand their specified
tickets in on
the gate and
then pay the
normal admission
price to get
in to Weymouth
Speedway
• The tickets
handed in will
then be counted
and sorted
• For every
ticket that
was handed in
50% of the admission
price will be
returned back
to the group
• This means
that overall
50% of the admission
price will be
going back to
the group and
50% will go
to Weymouth
Speedway
